so travis left this comic book thing in my car last night. it is very amusing and addictive to read, and i know my boss and my co-workers here in the Texas Tech University Writing Center are frowning on me greatly that i am sitting here reading a comic book. they can frown all they want, i don't care. and such is my attitude about most things lately.

the price you should pay for fashion: $60 for a pair of New Balance 474s (the most comfortable shoes you'll ever own)

i am sad...hours and hours of work are gone. and it's not my fault...seriously. i've been taking pictures for this online media class project. yes i want to include you guys..vegan mafia, rockstars, home depot stars...the whole group. but, i went today to get a new bunch put on my zip disk...and when i got home to open them up...no pics!!!! eerrrr! i am going to have to go beat some heads! but anyone interested in being in my project just give me the go ahead...i was thinking of shamelessly promoting the various bands & such. have a good rest of day monday.

oh i already asked don chizniski this but it's open to the floor...if you were a soporano's star..who would you want to be? maybe this is a possible halloween costume in the making.

happy late b-day jake!

no one better forget mine and i mean NO ONE...haha..j/k

so since every grocery cart at wal-mart is a gimp (meaning it has a wheel that sticks or a wheel that does not touch the ground or squeaks incessantly or always wants to turn to the right like it has a mind of its own), does that mean that none of them are actually gimp carts but are just carts? is it just my skewed belief system that makes me think that there should be carts that do work properly?

how much work on my thesis did i get done today? none. that's right. but i did come across a really funny webpage that you should check out (as long as you are on a computer with Flash --the program, not Pete's dog-- and some speakers) = www.muffinfilms.com
